Angelus Noctis was formed on December 27th 2002 by a bunch of schoolfriends having fun playing Soldier of Fortune 2. Among them were Anti KankerBoy and Jedifighter. The initial clantag was : [J.A.K].
The name of the clan changed a few times over the years. Starting from the beforementioned ‘[JAK]‘ to ‘Gaming is NOT a crime’, ‘Impact gaming-sof2 squad’ , ‘Impact REBORN’ and ending with ‘Angelus Noctis’ .

Initially the main focus of the clan was Soldier of Fortune 2. Later on we moved to other games like Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 4, the free first person shooter Combat Arms and the free racegame Trackmania Nations.
When years passed by we also played COD : Modern Warfare2, Starcraft2 and COD Blackops.
We are a competitive gaming clan and we take part in multiple leagues and tournaments. Our primary home is Clanbase. We have been linked to other competitions as well and are always on the lookout for some fun and interesting tournaments. So far we have played about 600 official wars on Clanbase in different ladders and leagues. We gathered 18 awards in clanbase competitions in 7 different games.

From the beginning on there was a strict zero tolerance towards cheaters in our clan. Cheaters ruin online gaming. It has always been the clans policy not to play in ladderwars versus known cheaters and returning cheaters.

We take great pride in being a mature and honorable clan. We strongly believe in a culture of integrity and discipline. Win or lose, we do so with honor and respect. At the same time we do have a lot of fun and mostly at one anothers expense. We are a sarcastic bunch who enjoy ripping on each other as much as we enjoy playing the games itself. Its always great to come on and to play with this group of guys.
Angelus Noctis clan follows a simple, effective policy of respect, honesty and pride. We ask our members to respect each other as well as those we play with. There will be no racism or disrespect of any kind towards any player of any skill level or from any other clan.
We ask our members to be honest. There will be no cheating, no glitching, no hacking of any kind allowed. People who do such will be asked or forced to leave.

We ask our members to display their clan tag both in-game and on forums. It should be worn with pride and should be recognized as a tag of fair play and integrity.
